Final Trimester! Welcome to the Home Stretch...

I have officially reached the last 3 months of my pregnancy! Yaaaaaay!

Baby boy is now the size of an eggplant. I have weighed myself at different places, and i'm actually not sure which one is correct. At the spa, I'm 139....... at my mom's house using her scale, I'm 129..... hopefully I'm 129. Lol. My next doctor's appointment is Tuesday so i'll see how much I REALLY weigh. It scares me because if I really am 139 pounds, that mean's he's going to be huge because I was 139 pounds when I gave birth to Gabby.
Speaking of doctor's appointments, I am now going every 2 weeks. Which is good for me because I really have alot of questions now. This pregnancy is so different from my first and I am having so many different symptoms. I am soooo tired of eating. I know that is strange to say coming from a pregnant girl but it's like I'm ALWAYS hungry and I'm ALWAYS  eating. Lol. I'm just really tired of stuffing my face. It doesn't feel good at all. Speaking of eating, I have a new craving which is mango smoothies from Chicken Express. :) So yummy and so tart, and just what baby boy ordered haha. Another weird symptom is......I'm not growing any hair. I think I have mentioned before that I do not see any kind of growth with my head hair, but I just recently went to my monthly brazilian and underarm wax appointment, and my esthetician said that I barely have any hair to wax. And the hair that did grow out, it is very thin. It concerns me because of the beautiful mane that I had when I was pregnant with Gabriella. I mean, with her it was like gorilla hair growing. I couldn't shave my legs, or miss kitty enough. But of course I looked it up and I saw many different opinions about that. Some of course say that every pregnancy is different and it's normal, I read one that said when you're pregnant with a boy, your body is producing too much testosterone to make hair (which I don't get because wouldn't that make you more hairy?), then I also read that it could be normal but also a sign of a vitamin or nutrient that's missing and I should talk to my doctor. Exactly what I'm going to do on Tuesday.
I promise that i'm smaller in real life... lol
Besides all of the different symptoms, I am still feeling great. My back pain hasn't gone away but I will be seeing a pregnancy chiropractor soon to try to at least get some relief. I finally finished my registry and I will begin to plan my baby shower soon. I have so much on my mind and so many things to do with so little time to do it. So many plans! So much on my mind! Planning Gabriella's 3rd birthday party for December, planning Baby shower for January, planning for baby in February. I guess this is God's way of preparing me for what's to come with 2 children lol.

26 Weeks Pregnant!

Not much going on this week but the fact that this is my last week in my 2nd Trimester!

I am now 26 weeks pregnant :)
Baby boy is the size of a head of lettuce and based on the last doctors visit this past Tuesday, he is already 1 pound. My weight gain is actually being monitored right now. They say you always gain more weight with your second baby but I was 139 at delivery time with Gabby and I am already 132. I haven't even hit the third trimester yet haha. So now my new focus is trying to 1) Gain a pound every other week for the next 12-13 weeks. 2) Start eating more healthy and less junk food. So more water of course. 3) I am doing light workouts. Not as strenuous as they were with Gabby because I passed out twice. Oops. lol. My heartburn pain has also kicked in so it's best that I stay as far away from the grease as much as possible right now. Ouch!!!!! Ugh!!!! By the way, I hate Tums and Rolaids. Most disgusting taste in the world. I HAVE TO find a better remedy.
26 Weeks. (Ugh. I even feel bigger.)
On top of my little health kick, I have been doing nothing but cleaning. Clearing out more space and CLEANING. Yes. The wonderful nesting stage has begun. Haha. I literally have about 3 trash bags full of clothes, blankets and shoes from cleaning out me and Gabby's stuff and it's all ready to be donated. I power vacuumed the entire upstairs. I cleaned all windows and scrubbed the bathroom down. My next step is rearranging the playroom and buying another toy box for all of Gabriella's toys. Whew! I actually can't wait until I'm finished with the playroom.

When I was pregnant with Gabby, I was blessed enough to take a "babymoon" to San Antonio. Even though I was definitely planning on taking another one while I am pregnant with baby boy, I have decided not to. Of course using my free flight benefits from my job, the flight to anywhere would have been free, I just think it's best to save as much money as I possibly can. I just have so much coming up. I'm trying to get my Christmas shopping list done and out of the way, plan and pay for Gabby's 3rd birthday party, and also my baby shower! I have alot to pay for and going out of town right now is just not the best option. But just know for sure that after baby boy is born, we have at LEAST FIVE trips planned for next year.

Pregnancy To Do Checklist: Pre-Register with the hospital.
Done! I did this last year and it helped out so much when I went into labor. No need to fill out all of the paper work, because it was already done and in the system. So if you're having a baby, I STRONGLY suggest doing this.

I Know I'm Late!!!

25 Weeks Preggo! My 21st Birthday! Happy Halloween!
I never meant for these posts to be combined but I have been so busy and so tired to do ANYTHING right now. I finally found the energy to blog... a week later. Lol

I am now 25 weeks preggo. Baby boy is as big as a cauliflower. I just recently went to the doctor yesterday but I will tell you all how that went in my next post. I'm keeping all the goods on my pregnancy for next post.
25 Weeks <3
Last week was my 21st birthday! Exciting but at the same time... I'm pregnant and can't celebrate the traditional way by getting so wasted that I can't walk anymore. But that's okay. I found a way to still make it special by going to TX Spa Castle with my bestie Armoni. I swear it was the best spa I have ever been to. So many pools, so many Jacuzzis, so many saunas (that of course I couldn't go into, but I did peek.), and a juice bar, a sushi bar, tv's and private rooms to get specials treatments. Me and Armoni got facials in the "lavender room". Armoni made a valid point that we both should become members and come back as often as possible lol. It really was a very relaxing and fun experience. I recommend it to everyone. Now as for the drinking, I drank imported Green Tea straight from Japan :) haha. I'll make up this birthday next year after I am done with breastfeeding baby boy. <3

TX Spa Castle!

I wouldn't want to spend my birthday with nobody other than my best friend forever!

Halloween was also this past weekend! One of my favorite holidays and if you all know me, you know that I always say that Halloween is that day that signals the start of the hoilday season. YAY!!!!! I did the basic maternity costume and dressed up as an ancient Greek woman (supposed to be a goddess but I felt so swollen I just decided to become a regular ancient Greek citizen instead) and Gabby was dressed up as a Candy Corn Witch. She originally wanted to be Elsa but it broke my heart that every Party City we went to, they did not have her size. So we settled for the witch costume instead. She still loved it because she got a cool hat lol.

You don't need to see my swollen face....You get the idea of my costume!

With that said, I hope everyone had a great and fun Halloween since it definitely was on a Saturday this year. So no excuses lol. But for some reason it was not alot of houses participating in Trick or Treat this year. Which kind of makes me sad that the spirit of Halloween for kids is going down. Everyone is doing the carnivals and festivals now which is great and fun but I still want the tradition of trick or treating to not go away. Maybe it's just our neighborhood. Maybe. Me and Gabby trick or Treated for about 45 minutes and then we were done because like I said, noooooo houses were lit up. So we followed my baby sister and my little cousins to one of the church carnivals which we still had fun at.
Gabby the Candy Corn Witch!

Next year, Halooween will be much better because i'm planning an awesome trip to...............................
WALT DISNEY WORLD IN ORLANDO FLORIDA! :D
I already began saving and I plan on combining it for my birthday celebration and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party that they throw every year. I'm thinking Disney costumes for me and both of my kids next year :D
